CANCELLATION POLICY-
Your business is valued, and your cooperation is appreciated. When you miss an appointment, please understand that our stylists only get paid when they deliver a service. That time is set aside for your service and it prevents us from accommodating other clients. We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please call the salon and if we are unable to get to the phone, please leave a voicemail message regarding your appointment.
If you fail to cancel your appointment and "no show" (we do curtesy reminder calls) then you will be required to pay for your missed appointment before you reschedule.
Unforeseen last-minute cancellation fees are at management discretion.
